Payments

As of right now, I am only accepting payments through Paypal, but

fear not!, you will be able to use all major credit cards and even

e-checks.

Item Availability

Since each item is one of a kind, only limited quantities are available.

Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.  On the rare

occasion there is a change in availability after you've placed your order,

I will notify you by email with the options of a refund, or if I have the

appropriate materials, a not-exactly-the-same-but-quite-similar piece.

As for your personal information, I assure you, it will not be given out or sold by me to anyone.  Your privacy and

safety are important, and who wants spam? Nobody!

Returns

If you aren’t satisfied with your item, please contact me at soitsgray@gmail.com within 14 days of the shipping date. 

I will do my best to help you.  Note though, shipping costs and/or Paypal fees will not be refunded.

Shipping & Handling

All packages are shipped using standard shipping/parcel post, and will arrive within 3-5 business days from shipping date. 

All shipping costs are calculated for the United States.  International buyers, I will be happy to sell to you, but please contact

me beforehand so I can adjust your shipping rate!  Domestic shipping costs include package insurance.  If you are an

international buyer and would like shipping insurance, please let me know beforehand. Know, that this is usually quite expensive! 

However,  I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Signing up for the mailing list will give you first dibs on updates and new stuff.  This, along with checking back to my

website often, are the best ways to keep up to date with what is going on.  I will not give out your email address to anyone.
